Another shop gave me an estimate of $1,800, but Brian came up with a way to repair, rather than replace, the rear bumper cover and did the job for only $475--less than my deductible! PLUS they not only washed my car, but even took the initiative to shampoo the floor mat where we'd spelled something the night before bringing it in. And to top it all off, two of the parts came in at more than they'd been quoted, but they stuck to their original estimate. I definitely recommend Brian and Steve. Great guys who provide even greater service! more

Quick repairs, great people to do business with. 8/22/2012

They were very professional, truthful, and good at explaining things. I hadn't used them before, and so I contacted them after I got into an accident involving rear bumper, front fender, and hood damage. Pearson Road Collision Repair replaced the front fender and hood. They did a good job. The only thing that went wrong is that Steve said they ordered black paint for the front bumper, but it came out blue. I said to just leave it as it is. Who's gonna notice? more

Replaced my front bumper 6/21/2012

It was great, Pearson Road Collision Repair replaced the front bumper and did so quickly. Everything was wonderful, the whole process and the final product of my fixed car. more

You can't find a more honest, reliable company in Paradise. 3/21/2012

Pearson Road Collision Repair is like family. I can always go to them for general questions and they are truly wonderful. Everything was done efficiently and cost effectively. They were also very professional as everything was written up and nothing ever changes. It is always what they say it would be. I was very satisfied with their services and I have already recommended them a couple of times now. more

Personable, the highest quality work 2/3/2012

Quality of their work is number one. When you bring a vehicle into Pearson Road Collision Repair--unfortunately I've had to several times--the quality of the work is excellent. It's not just parts and paint, Steve is an amazing craftsman. If anything's not right, he will do whatever it takes to make your car as flawless as possible. And they don't just have good quality work, but also very satisfactory service. Steve is an extremely personable guy. more

Honest and does a heck of a job! 12/22/2011

I highly recommend Pearson Road Collision Repair. They did a good job on my truck. Everything about my experience, other than the collision of course, was excellent. I actually went to two body shops to get estimates. I went to Pearson Road first, but I wanted to get a second estimate from a shop in Paradise V to compare. The second estimate was actually lower, but their attitude was terrible, so I made to leave to go to Pearson Road instead and the service technician woman got into an argument with me about how they were the ones I was supposed to go to because they are AAA certified. I still got in my truck and drove to Pearson Road. Stephen Graf had worked on my truck previously, and from my previous experience I knew him to honest, and I knew he does one heck of a good job. more

Pearson Road Collision Repair was great! They did a very good job. My neighbor across the street had just gotten her Nissan fixed and she recommended them to me. We both we very pleased with the work. I was recommended by her, and I would recommend them to anybody that needs body work too. They are very reasonable as far as price, and they do excellent work. For example, they only wanted $1200 while two other competitors wanted $1800 for the same work, and I was very happy with what they did. more

Everybody at Pearson Road Collision Repair is excellent! Steve, the owner, was upfront and forward about everything. He told me when he could have the work done, and it was, he kept his word there. They do great work, and that's why I went back to them this most recent time. Steve is responsible, honest, and everything worked out from the get go. more

Fast and friendly service when you're in a bind. 9/28/2011

Pearson Road Collision Repair is a great body shop. Steve is a really friendly guy--he helped me out when I was in a bind. I had messed up my car door, and gave him a call. He told me to come right over, and when I arrived he was able to fix it then and there. Though it's usually an unfortunate situation that leads you to a body shop, a place like Pearson Road Collision can turn it into a positive experience. Steve has my full recommendation, I can't be more forthright. He will do a good job for you. more

Fast personal service. 5/24/2011

The hood of my car was dented during a fender bender, and I needed fast repairs. Pearson Road Collision Repair were a local shop, so I decided to try them. I walked in on a Thursday, and told Steve that I needed the work done by Monday. He had it ready on Saturday. Going to Pearson saved me a lot of money because they were able to reshape my hood, rather than replace it with a new one, which is what the dealership would have done. Steve takes all brands and any car, so it will always be cheaper than going to a custom shop. He is very personable and keeps in touch with his customers. I would definitely recommend him. more
