My dog has been boarded and groomed at Pearly Pets countless times. When we pull in the parking lot she tries to leap from the car to get to the door. It just seems as though she can't wait to get in there! The staff is always friendly and takes the time to talk to you about grooming or boarding your dog and they never seem too rushed to talk to the customers. Also, there has never been that nasty smell that you sometimes encounter when there are many dogs in one building. My dog always comes home beautifully groomed and just as happy as when she got there. When she boards for several days she comes home happy, healthy and clean. I would recommend Pearly Pets for anyone looking for a top rate grooming facility. It just doesn't get any better! more

I live in Germantown, Tn. BUT I will always drive the distance to Pearly Pets in Olive Branch! My dog Helcha has NEVER looked so GOOD! When I came to pick her up she was so CALM and so PRETTY she was PREENING! She was very proud of herself and her stay with Pearly Pets. My second visit was a great as my first, it was like my dog was going to one of her play time visits, she was so calm and ready to stay, and the groomers here are so sweet and friendly. Pearl and Pam have both groomed Helcha, Pam gets on the floor to hug her client/babies as she is talking to he owners! When I finish talking to the groomer that is taking care of Helcha, Helcha just calmly walks off with the women to be groomed. I didn't have any worries at all leaving her with this WONDERFUL establishment! And NEVER WILL! more

What a beautiful place - the grounds are just beautiful. I love that the dogs can get groomed and then be let out into a beautiful courtyard to run and play and potty, rather than staying in a cage until I come back. I have also boarded my pets there, and love that my dogs have their own person that comes to take care of them when they board. I also foster dogs, and have taken many foster dogs there, last minute and in just horrific shape and they have worked miracles. Miss Pam is so gentle and so kind as is the other staff. They love animlas there, and it shows. I've met some of the other clients there and they love them too. I use them because I know my dog can go out and run and play and doesn't have to stay in a cage all day, or be walked by an employee, it is a safe, beautiful place and my dogs love to go there - and I never have to worry about their safety there. more

Save yourself the heartache and take your pet somewhere else to be groomed. To begin with the people even came off as uninviting when we dropped off our little pomeranian. Second, where most places say give us 3, 4 hours MAX, they wanted 5.5 hours to groom a ""small"" dog. We dropped off a wonderful, happy little dog who was always a people person and never had any trouble out of, and picked up a totally different dog. He acted and still is acting completely different. He has never shaken this much in all his 11 months of living. He drank and ate after getting him home like he'd hadn't been given a single thing while being there the whole almost 6 hours. And as far as his cut goes, I noticed shortly after we got him home that his genitalia was very pinkish, red. As though it was raw and like the other review had said was cut will DULL clippers! I am very dissatisfied with this place!!! I CANNOT stand for ANY animal to be abused, especially my very own. horrible more

This ""grooming"" place is horrible. While grooming our two dogs, they nicked a 1inch hole under his arm, and our other dog, had to taken to the vet because they used dull clippers around his genital area. The vet had to give him a steroid shot and medication for the swelling and infection. When the owner was confronted, her only response was ""well don't bring him back here"" There were no apologies or other solutions to try to remedy our concern. Pearly Pets grooming has now costed us over $200.00, between their fees and our vet bills. BEWARE of this place. They do not care about the animals at all. Our poor dog has been suffering almost a week now because of this place! Pros: Horrible more
