This was an emergency service call.... 11/23/2010

This was an emergency service call -- after hours on a Sunday night at my in-law's residence... bitter cold and heat out.The technician (Sean Lee -- Number 050-10128) juggled his workload and convinced another customer to "wait" until after he was able to restore service at the hoime of my 87 year old invalided mother-in-law. He arrived at about 11:30 PM instead of the foprecasted 3-4:00 AM the following morning. Diagnosis of he problem (burned out circuit board) was covered by extended warranty and, fortunately, the technician had a replacement board on his truck. more

Once again, Peachtree Service Experts stand above all others. I called yesterday morning @ 8:30 AM with a problem with my downstairs A/C. By 3:30 PM that same day, a technician diagnosed and fixed my problem. He explained what had occurred and was extremely polite and courteous. He is a true credit to your fine organization. Keep up the Great Work! more

VERY BIG THANKS to my installer 9/22/2010

Big thanks to Eric M. - my Comfort Advisor and a VERY BIG THANKS to my installer, Salil C who did an excellent install of my new Trane xV80 last Tuesday. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. I needed to have a little tape re-taped on a pipe by the tvx coil today but they did an excellent job and my family and I want them to be recognized for a job well done. I will be telling all two thousand homeowners in Water's Edge about them. Please let them know how much we appreciate the good job they did. Well done and thanks again. more

I am a Realtor with Keller Williams. I realized at 11:00 AM on the day of closing on a house, that the seller had not had the HVAC service per the contract. I called your company and expected to be told that a service call would be 3 to 4 weeks out (because of the extreme heat we were having.) To my surprise, I was told that someone would be there in a couple of hours. One of your technicians arrived promptly at 3:00PM the same day and serviced the HVAC in time to make our closing. He was very pleasant, professional and perfect! Thanks for the great job! I will pass your name along to others. more

No professionals here! 6/2/2009

I called because my A/C was not working. They said someone will come out that very evening, "because we serve our customers 24/7." So I waited around in the heat. They didn't come, but called at 9:30 and said they weren't coming- great. They said they could come the next afternoon at 2:00 and would call and give me 30 warning, so I could meet them. Changed appts, etc. to be there. They called less than an hour before and said they overbooked and would not be able to come today, but maybe Thursday (two days later). It is 93 degrees out and my dog and family are melting. They talk about being professionals... don't believe it. Pros: Nothing... they never came. Cons: Uhh... everything. more

Bad Service Provider 5/7/2009

They are one ot the worst service providers out there. They don't show up when they're suppose to and don't provide you with good customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone. more

price gougers 10/28/2008

Peachtree Service Experts tried to sell the ?Maintenance Service Plan? more than anything. I was not interested in this plan, I just wanted my air conditioning fixed. They tried to corner me into paying $350 for a start capacitor. I later found the same part at a local retailer for $38. They were asking $159 for the run capacitor which I found for $18.99. When I told the guy that these prices seemed high and I wanted to look into them, he told me unless I paid $280 for the Maintenance Service Plan, he would charge me to come back out. I ordered the ?tune up?. None of my intakes had filters on them and the guy only replaced one filter in the air handler. My air conditioner would turn on before he got there and once he left it did not work at all. I paid him $138 for the visit. I suppose this was for the filter. If he had fixed the problems it would have totaled around $900. I had another company come out (JB COOL) and they fixed everything for $220. Now I my A/C is right. I called Peachtree Service Experts and spoke with Randy Wendall about the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee they advertise on the radio (I am obviously unsatisfied) and he told me that he did not think these prices were unfair. If you ask me this is price gouging. They did not give me any of my money back and would not honor their so called 100% satisfaction guarantee. more

Unbelievably Poor Customer Service 6/6/2008

This is the first time I've ever felt compelled to rate a business, but I had such a terrible experience with Peachtree Service Experts, I thought it best to share. I called Peachtree Service Experts during a stretch of 90 degree weather in June when my air conditioning stopped working all together. I called Peachtree Service Experts after scheduling appointments with their competitors for 2 and 4 days out hoping they could help me sooner. I was able to make an appointment for the next day. I got a message 6 hours later that my appointment had been cancelled because I wasn't a "priority customer". When I called to try to understand the issue, I only met with rude and unhelpful customer service representatives. I asked to speak with a manager and after waiting on hold for 15 minutes was promptly hung up on. I will never be a customer of Peachtree Service Experts and hope you don't become one either. Peachtree Service Experts doesn't honor their commitments unless they consider you a "priority customer". Pros: None Cons: Customer Service more
