We put our garbage curbside EVERY Sunday evening because they pick up Mondays. One Monday holiday, I wanted to see if they were still picking up. The lady who always answers the phone said they were 'on schedule'. Four days later, my neighbor and my garbage was still there. I called again and explained she said they were on schedule. She puts me on hold to ask the driver. When she got back on the line, she said the driver said he came by and saw NO garbage bins curbside.This was definitely untrue because it was sitting outside and I have witnesses to prove that.She said, ""Well, we won't come until the next Monday"". I said this was their error and we can't wait until next week because the garbage is completely full. She said there was nothing they could do about it. Her tone was extremely nasty and rude. When I said I would like to report the driver who was untruthful, she said she can't do that. I said well let me speak to the driver. She said she couldn't do that. Now I'm getting upset because every question I asked her was responded with a sarcastic answer. Extremely frustrated, I said this is unacceptable & poor customer service. I said I did put my garbage out and this was the 4th day. I spelled my street name to her to make sure they got the right street.She said, ""Ma'm I know how to spell your street!"". I asked her why she was being sarcastic. She said, ""Ma'am you are raising your voice and that usually means the customer didn't put the garbage curbside so there is nothing I can do"". I said I did put the garbage out and she said, ?Well there is nothing we can do, we will pick it up Monday? and hung up on me. I felt like a kid trying to prove my innocence. If you HAVE or WERE considering getting them as your disposal service, please do not. I have discontinued my service and the new disposal company is courteous, honest and reliable.
