RUDE, insensitive, don't love animals. \r
4 times now they could not take a simple urine sample, charged me for it, and sent me home to do it myself. very rude staff and quite honestly, dumb as a brick!! tried to give them second chance..the office visit fees are cheap, but because they are stupid...it leaves you going back and back til they get a hold of themselves. EXPENSIVE when all said and done!
