If a family member was to ask me how prof debt mediation treated me, as a retired bill collector, I would honestly say, their employee J.. , uses harassment, threats, and intimidation. He refuses to send me a bill, a detailed bill; he is demanding payment for. The company has not returned my phone calls, or requests to deal with another person. He calls me daily, and has been informed each time that when I get a detailed bill; once I get it, I will gladly pay any amount I do truly owe, or I will be glad to set up a payment arrangement. J.. , informed me on my 5th phone call, he has been recording all of our telephone conversations, without informing me or getting my consent. So let the machine answer all of their calls. I hope before a business decides to use this organization to collect a debt for them they will realize that people willing to settle the account will not deal with the abuse this organization allows it's employees to dish out on the debtor. I also hope potential future clients will realize they can get the debt settled sooner, if they use a business that settles matters with Listeners, instead of demander's, like this organizations employees. Any how, Family member, Beware of This organization, and only deal with them by mail , so you have written proof of anything they offer, demand or do; do not use them to collect accounts for you, if you want to get paid in an expeditious manner.
