Pazzo's Pizzeria

Food is always great. The people who work there are very experienced and provide service with love. Amazing to watch them flip dough and make so many different kinds of pizzas. It's like going to the Cheers bar (television show where ""everybody knows your name"") with the action of a Japanese restaurant where it's fun and exciting to watch them cook. Warm and friendly, and you'll want to keep going back and make it your second home. I love this place. :) more

The pizza is always good but it can get crazy busy at times. The bar is usually filled with entertaining locals so belly up if you need entertaining. While the table service staff is pretty seasonal and they can get overwhelmed at times, they usually do a good job in the front room but it can get very dicey if you have a big group(especially with lots of kids) in the back room. more

Hopefully you read the review before deciding on Pazzo's in Avon. Yes, they do have good pizza, but the hostess and wait staff are as awful as other reviews state. more

In regards to the last review you are obviously not a local. If you were you would have received the best service in your life and would have always had a great time. If you are a down to earth regular person then this place is for you. It's definitely not a dive but if you're on the high end of the cultural spectrum, we shall say, then this place might not be for you. :) Pros: everything Cons: being a tourist more

This place has the best pizza in town, but the service is extremely awful. On numerous occasions we have repeatedly had a bad time. ""Service with a smile"" does not exist here. You walk in and sit down at the bar and the staff behind the counter barely acknowledges you and will continue to pay no attention to you, throughout your entire meal. Most of the time they are in the back eating or acting like they are just too busy to notice you. And they are never smiling, never happy, never friendly. You could actually say they are flat out grumpy. You'll be lucky if you even get a ""thank you"" after you pay the bill. If the food wasn't the best of what there is around, we would never go back. Those punks need an attitude adjustment. And for a local ""favorite"" hot spot, the staff could maybe show a little more appreciation for those who provide them their bread and butter. If you're interested in pizza for the night, perhaps you should order take out so you don't have to tip them. more
