As a small local business, they are able to offer incredible customer service. Their company policy is that someone always answers the phone. In 3 years, I have never gotten voicemail. Not only that, but everyone who answers knows me personally and knows my business. The employees are competent and have great customer service skills. \r
That said - everyone makes mistakes, and Paystar has made some with my account. In every instance where a mistake was made, they admitted it, took responsibility and immediately fixed it. In instances where other payroll companies would have left it all on me, Paystar took charge. \r

He is devoted to his business and devoted to his customers (one year he hand-delivered my company's Christmas bonuses just to be sure they wouldn't be delayed in the mail!). \r
