Very honest & personable. I felt very comfortable having them in my home. I needed a new water heater. Had gotten several outrageous quotes. Payless was very fair and professional. They gave me a great warranty and provided proof of insurance, license, etc. (I live by myself, so I tried to do my homework). Would highly recommend them! more
