went online to get quote to fix auto window glass, asked for service got email confirming service and I waited for service to be preformed. At 11:30 contacted store on sandy lane was put on hold while my information was reviewed, was told that 2 tech called out, glass distributors do not deliver on saturdays and that service could be performed on wednesday. I knew that a rain storm was approaching and it needed to be fixed. overall my experience with payless was poor and I work in the auto parts industry and will tell anyone who will listen about my experience with payless. I have since contacted a glass firm who will solve my problem. is this the kind of people that payless employes that do not even call the customer or does even check the email until contacted what is the sense of having a web site .
