Paxton Towing

This tow company is un professional in more ways than one! My girlfriend's car was towed and when she called to find out the location of the tow yard, Sam the supposed chump manager of Paxton towing, would not give her a straight answer! he was with holding the address of the lot to mess with her as if he was getting pleasure from it! Secondly Sam and his other co-worker were making up different prices for the tow fee that kept getting higher as the conversation continued! Definitely a shady business with a bunch of unprofessional jerks who are probably not highschool graduates! GFY Paxton Towing! Cons: unprofessional and rude, sexist! more

This company is definitely sleazy! Not only did they try to illegally tow my vehicle; but they caused $2000 worth of damages trying to do so! I just moved into this apartment complex & my vehicle was parked on the premises in MY designated parking spot! I came out to my vehicle on a Friday afternoon & see the my front bumper dinged! After standing there livid & in shock for a couple of minutes I see a note w/ a # to call Paxton Towing underneath my windshield wiper. I immediately call & speak to a man by the name of Steve. He says that my car doesn't have a parking permit on it & that they were driving by & noticed an unauthorized vehicle on the premises. He does mention that nobody called the company to report my car being there. I explained to him that I just moved in & was never issued a parking permit. Whatever. It was their fault anyway, they damaged my vehicle. And furthermore it is illegal to drive around looking for cars to tow. Steve offers to have my car repaired @ their garage in Chula Vista. I didn't feel comfortable w/ that offer, so I immediately called my insurance to file a claim. more

B.S. they charged me 180 bucks to tow my car 6 miles> i asked them to explane the charge they would not more
