Paws Inn

Paws Inn is the best! I drop my dog off for daycare a few days a week and she is exhausted at the end of the day! Staff is great and really friendly, but make sure to reserve holidays and summer boarding way in advance. The cancellation/early pickup policy is tough, but that's the price paid for such top quality dog care...after all, if you make a change it may impact their overall availability. I have been a happy customer for years and will continue to be as long as Paws Inn is open! more

Paws Inn is Meesha's home away from home but on a daily basis. I hate leaving him alone at home so I take him to doggie daycare EVERYDAY at Paws Inn. I LOVE the place. Debbie, Heather and Monica treat him like he belongs to them. Pros: Trustworthy and very friendly more

We had a horrible experience with the Paws Inn. Upon making the reservation they were supposed to mail out all information regarding the stay and policies. However, we did not receive the information and after calling were told to look at the web. When we called to say we had decided to pick up our dog early they rudly explained that in the brochure they had sent us (which we never received) we were supposed to give 48 hours notice or would have to pay the entire amont. When we got home the brochure had arrived but was postmarked 2 days after dropping our dog off. We brought that into the owner who would not look at it and was extremely rude! She refused to budge on the charge saying that her policy is also on the web. The policy is not on the web. Rather a vague description without a clear policy. If a company chooses to have a policy they must make it clear to each customer rather then tell them at the back end. I will never do business again with such rude individuals who do not care about their customers but rather choose to belittle and practice shady a business. Cons: Rude!!!!!!!!!! more

I recommend Paws Inn, however it is VERY difficult to get in. You have to make your reservation way in advance and then if you have to cancel or pick your dog up early, they charge you the entire amount. If you call to make a reservation, they can't even tell you whether they can book your reservation or not. They have to call you back. more

I have been taking my dogs to Paws Inn for years - and know Debbie very well. I've come to know her family - her daughter - the tragic loss of her son.....I can't think of another place I would ever entrust my animals to. Debbie is the kindest, most loving and generous spirit you will ever meet on this planet. I consider her to be a member of my own family.....She treats the animals as if each and every one were her own. And she has instilled those same qualities in each and every one of her staff. Pros: Great facility - great people! more
