Always a positive experience. "just" an oil change .... if that's all that's needed that's all you'll receive ... no "upsells" ... but if there is something potentially amiss that could protect you and/or the longevity of your vehicle the most cost effective recommendations will be made! more

I recommended a neighbor to come to Paul's and she happened to be there when I arrived for my oil change. The nice young man at the desk gave me $25 discount card for my next service for the recommendation. Great service at a reasonable price and customer appreciation! more

Treats you like family 10/14/2016

I needed to get my 2001 truck inspected. I had to get it jumped off to even get it to Paul as I haven't cranked it in about 6 months. He not only got it running again, he drove it almost 100 miles for the computer to reset so he could inspect it. Thanks to Paul and his crew for working so hard to give me great service. I recommend them to anyone who needs their vehicle serviced. You won't find any shop out there that's better! more

Don't go anywhere else!!! 10/13/2016

At Paul's automotive they make sure they do everything that they can without extra cost to you. If theres a question or concern they come to you to explain and discuss how to proceed. If there is a need for a service they do not provide for some reason they will provide you with a reputable and affordable referral. I won't go anywhere else now ... I don't care if there's a $20 oil change groupon or not! Oh and the front office staff is caring and professional. If you have time constraints call ahead and make an appointment as that allows them to serve you better too! more

Wonderful place, very good people. They've done great work on our cars, I won't go nowhere else. Prices, are good I've worked as a service coordinator at a automotive center and with Paul's prices and great service they are #1 in our books. We will be back shortly more

The best automotive repair shop in NC 8/27/2016

As usual, Paul did a super job on fixing my flasher in my Saturn Vue. I dropped it off on Monday night and had it back on Tuesday morning. My turn signals now work perfectly. more
