Pat's Pizzazz Furniture

This is THE most unprofessional buisness I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. 2 Weeks after the ""promised"" delivery date, and I am told it will be another week. The owner was not willing to work with me at all and even commented that she was coming in on her day off to receive the furniture I bought.....some gall!! If you read this and still do business with this place....I only have one thing to say. "" I TOLD YOU SO"" I am reporting them to the BBB. more

Incredible prices, and incredible service! Pat will always go out of her way to help a customer, and even FREE DELIVERY with setup! there prices are amazing, idk why anyone would shop anywhere else, because i priced out everywhere around and pats pizzazz beat everyone else by a LONG SHOT! more

I recently moved to the area, and I really did my fair share of shopping before I decided to purchase from Pats Pizzazz Furniture. I ended up filling my entire house with their products, at an awesome package deal, thanks to Pat, and her daughter. I even received free delivery, and there were two very friendly deliver guys who came to my house and assembled everything for me. I had priced out an Ashley living room set at Pilgrim Furniture ( one of the big chain stores), and Pats Pizzazz had the same EXACT set for HALF the price !!! I was thrilled to say the least. I always prefer to shop local, and with the best pricing, and the great customer service I experienced, I am very happy!! I would highly recommend this store to anyone else! more

I had a poor experience while buying some bedroom furniture at Pat's Pizzazz. I can understand Pat's perspective that the store is ""at the mercy of the shipping company"", but based on my experience, it wasn't the friendliest transaction and it seemed to me that they did not do their best to make up for it. I waited several months for a replacement piece of furniture because the first piece fell apart. They seemed very upset that they had to re-order it and then appeared annoyed when I would inquire about the replacement. Despite the fact that the product they sold me was of poor quality, I felt like I was being treated as if I had done something wrong. I would not recommend this store. more

Best service, best prices, and friendliest people you'll ever meet. They were always happy to meet my needs though I know I was being a difficult customer. These people who write bad reviews about late furniture don't realize that Pats Pizzazz is at the mercy of the shipping company's it's not their fault if somethings late but they always do their best to make up for it! more

I have been looking for a mattress and always drive by Pat's. I'm glad I went in, because now I know not to return. I went in with my husband and checked out the mattresses and was told $475 for this particular queen set. I returned to the store a few days later by myself, and when I asked the sales lady (Pat) the price again to confirm, she said $290. I assumed that it was on sale because of the huge price difference from our earlier visit. When I called my husband, he was happy to hear that the mattress was reduced. He planned to stop by later to purchase it. However, when he went to Pat's to make the purchase of the very same mattress, she told him it was higher then the original amount of 475. I don't know how they can get away with this. I wish I typed in Pat's Pizzazz earlier, because there are a lot of negative reviews of this business on the internet. My suggestion would be to look elsewhere for mattresses and furniture. I will not purchase anything from them because I am suspicious of the trouble I might have if I do. This past week I bought my complete bedroom from Pat. She was very good to me and gave me a great price! I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs furniture. The delivery guys were very respectable too, they took my old set away for me! I was so surprised that this day in age people are so respectable and have values in business! Once again, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Pros: Awesome price and customer service. Great delivery times too! more

Waited two months for delivery... then they tell me they didn't have mattress! Informed me 15 minutes after scheduled delivery.\r These people are not organized or professional. Refunded my money because they couldn't be concerned enough to make the situation right!\r Unless you love disappointment,,avoid! Pros: Great on promises! Cons: Short on service! more
