I was able to schedule an appointment for service regarding a recall quickly and at my convenience. My vehicle was ready for pick up exactly when I was told it would be finished. Patriot Subaru is the only place I'll take my 2009 Forester! more

Best car buying experience 8/14/2013

Before buying we went to a couple of different dealerships. The pressure was ridiculous and I even had one person say what do I have to do to get you to buy today. I hated that feeling! As soon as we drove up to Patriot Subaru and got out of the car they were super nice and understanding. They fed us burgers and (they even had veggie burgers available) and then we went on a test drive. The whole experience was great. When it came down to numbers they worked with us without making us feel inferior and they found a payment that worked for us. Although we did have to wait about a half hour to get our paperwork done we were able to relax outside next to the garden. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone! more

I had an unexpected 2+ hours to wait and the service dept had a driver drop me off at a diner for breakfast and pick me up. Now THAT's service!! more

I trust the staff at Patriot Subaru to give me great service. A car is an expensive, necessary purchase and it is important that the people I entrust to supply me with a vehicle are going to do the best they can to make the car buying experience the best it can be and also, that the service that will be needed is done correctly and at a fair value. more

Wonderful Dealership! 7/24/2013

I had a great experience with Patriot Subaru! They were friendly and knowledgable, but not pushy like a lot of car dealerships. They listened to what I wanted and did not try to up-sell or talk me into more car than I needed. The salesman I worked with, Mike, was very nice and took a lot of his time to work with me. Best dealer I've ever worked with. more

Patriot Subaru 7/23/2013

At first I was surprised that no one came to greet us on the lot when we arrived however this gave us time to look without pressure. When we went into the showroom we quickly realized that the reason no one came to meet us is because there were so many other customers. We were assisted by a member of the Patriot team who said she was not a sales person however was extremely knowledgeable, and personable, of the cars available. However what I am most impressed with and why I will recommend Patriot Subaru is the finance person (David?) who was able to find an interest rate far better than our banks. To that I say thank you. more

Efficient and courteous 7/23/2013

I was advised about correct timetable for preventive maintenance on my new used car and reminded by email. Service was prompt and efficient. I particularly like the outdoor adirondack chairs. more
