Patrick's Hawaiian Cafe

I went to Patrick's Hawaiian Cafe the other night and had a wonderful experience. The food and the service was awesome. I was born and raised in Honolulu, HI and I go back home 3 times a year. Patrick's food is just like home. It's the real deal!! Very authentic, home cooked meals. Great prices, great food, and great service. I was lucky enough to enjoy the live Hawaiian music he has on the weekends. I recommend Patrick's to all my friends. more

I have gone around eating at all the hawaiian places here in Oregon and there is only one I would go will not mention it because we all know which one that is, me and the family decide to cruz to the couv one weekend and decided to eat at Hawaiian cafe, I did like the place mats,pictures, and shirts on the walls, but the place was really cluttered, and really dirty.Patrick's daughter was really nice to us.that is the only reason why I gave this place 2 stars, food was really below average, my food kalbi ribs was burnt and the teri beef that said on the menu that it was thin slice rib eye was tuff as nails, teri glaze was heavy in consistancy almost like gravy, mac salad had better, mahi for the price we paid you think there woud be more thin piece,very pricy the bill ended up to be 3 adults 2 kids 1 beer 2 packs seed, and some gum plus tip $76. wow!! I would not make a drive like that again for there food, was not worth the gas..... The decor was really fun and the live music was a plus as well. Unfortunately the location is just to small to really allow for conversation if the music is going. The food was acceptable. The helpings of meat were generous but the quality was not what I was expecting, but it is traditional fare. The side dishes were simple, rice and corn. If you go, order the specialty ice teas.
