I really wish I had read these reviews before I wrote this thief a check. My (useless) Home Warranty company insisted I use their guy to come to the house to evaluate my emergency situation. I explained I couldn't wait that long.....if I didn't want to risk sewage in my basement. Nevertheless, Patel showed up later in the day, after the work had been done, and led me to believe that if he ""just wrote me a receipt"" it would be covered by warranty/insurance. I had a feeling he was conning me (even questioned him as to why I needed to pay him for doing nothing except writing a receipt), but I stupidly wrote him a check anyway. Well.....needless to say, he obviously knew full well the warranty company wouldn't honor it. Basically, he just wants to con people into paying him $80 service fees to ""evaluate"" problems he knows full well will not be reimbursed by the insurance companies he contracts with. What a jerk, stealing $80 from a single mom. Cowardly. I plan to file a complaint with BBB as well. more

also agree with the other folks on here these people are useless we bought a home waranty for our home and had some leaking going on and they gave us this # to call i was barely able to understand who i believe was the wife maybe and she said she would call me back to confirm a time and never heard back i had to call her back instead i have nothing else nice to say about them but people beware is all i have to say thank god i read all these reviews that you honest people put up because i called these people back and cancled with them before they got me i got them lol Pros: pluming more

I like Yedan called my home insurance company for a plumber. They sent out Patel's. The first day they scheduled an appointment, they called back late that afternoon and asked to cancel the appointment because the plumber ""would be off"". It was bad enough they wanted me to wait a day and a half for him to come. When I insisted that I couldn't wait two days for him, they said he would be out at the original scheduled time. Cons: Worse Service EVER! more

I had to use Patel's because they were the contracted plumber through my home insurance. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, they did not return my nor the insurance company's calls. Finally , even the insurance company filed a complaint against them. more

This has got to be the worst most unprofessional company I have dealt with ,starting with keeping their word first I made an appoinment on a certain date ,what do you know they did'nt show up, then I tried calling them repeatedly I got nothing but a an answering machine after finally getting thru they said they would schedule it for a different day no apologies nothing never mind the fact that i had to skip work for awhile to let them in the house then there was the money issue I can go on and on but is useless .Mr Patel if you are reading this dont forget this, you have to eat every day not just once sure you got away with doing bad business this time but you can count on the fact that I will never hire you again or recommend you to anybody and as a result when people google for a plumber they will read this and other reviews and think it a 1.000.000 times before hiring you hopefully you will learn something out of this and change your business ways or the next time you will need a plumber to come and take you out of the gutter. more

WARNING!!!!! Very poor customer service. Leaves home messy doesnt contact when say they will contact. Left my home completely unfinished and is not returning to complete job. Cons: POOR WORKMANSHIP more
