The food & wine, the hostess, the attentive server, the impecable preparation of our plates... Classy dining is on the minds of the management team. THE NOISE: Pascal's attracts the most obnoxious of Coral Gable's snob. Several individuals walked in (apparently been there before, they knew a few people and made it a point to show it) while we dined and decided to start greeting other diners by reaching accross our table to shake hands. Several of these well-to-do diners bumped into our table (almost spilling our wine bottle) while not even having the descency to excuse themselves. There were a number of ringing cell phones, and abrupt swearing from the table next to ours (not exactly what you would expect from the ""educated"" crowd...). Suggestion to management: Small cards at each table or a note in the menu, reminding diners that the locale magnifies the accoustics entrapped within.
Pros: service, food, wine
Cons: loud diners
