Great Lawn Mower SHop 5/17/2018

I highly recommend Pasadena Service Center. I've had my lawn equipment serviced there for probably 20 years or so. I've bought a mower, a blower and probably other lawn equipment from him. He is usually really busy so it takes a few weeks to get my equipment serviced. I like the fact that he is up front with me on equipment I've brought in to be repaired. Some brands are junk and he won't work on. Usually the brands he sells are the better quality products. Being an old repair guy myself in the 70's he is right. I've bought cheap things but they break down. For awhile now I've bought only quality products and very seldom have problems with them. If I do I know they're brands that Pasadena Service Center will repair at a fair price. more

Bad Attitude and Rude 9/18/2009

This guy will cop an attitude with you real fast if you question is work or salemanship. I tried to get some repair work done and was told real fast "I won't do business with you.", then walked away. Take your business elsewhere become he tells you to. Don't do business their. more

Somewhat unprofessional 5/10/2008

I brought my mower here a year ago to get a diagnosis. The guy told me "We'll call you when we find something." I didn't hear from the guy for over a week, so I called him. That's when he told me that it would be another TWO weeks before he could get to my mower. I couldn't believe that this guy didn't have the foresight or courtesy to let me know this beforehand. I've never been to a mower shop before. I thought I could drop it off just like I drop off my car. My mechanics usually get to my car within a few hours. If it's longer than that, they let me know of the delay. The mower guy was very unapologetic. He said that no mower shop could look at my mower in the middle of the summer in less than three weeks. Well, that's fine, but it would have been nice to know. I'm not a professional landscaper and have never had my mower worked on. I guess this guy isn't used to dealing with the general public. more

Lawn Mower Service 8/28/2005

Something that everyone who owns a lawn mower should do every year is get it serviced. If you are like me it is a task that you could care less about, but must be done to maintain your lawn mower. I usually wait till the dead of winter, November or December in my book and take it to Pasadena Service Center. They fully service my lawn mower, quickly and easily making these un-fun tasks very easy. I have never had anything wrong with the lawn mower so the bill each year is relatively small and the service is quick and professional. more
