We've used this practice for 24 years and never once thought about changing! Dr. Wood is our primary but we've seen and are happy with all the doctors at PIP. They are kind, compassionate, thorough and respectful - regardless of how minor a concern. There are often long waits but it's only because this is a large and popular practice and the doctors take the same amount of time with other patients that you want them to take with YOUR child. The nurses and other support staff are also kind, friendly and wonderful with patients and parents. One of the nurses even solved a worrisome newborn feeding mystery we had with our little boy! This is a wonderful group of doctors who also happen to be MOMS themselves :-) more

Great Group 3/17/2010

I Love this group. I used Dr. Wood with my children and now my grandchildren use her. Cathy is wonderful with the children, makes them feel at ease, and never rushes the parents. We have seen every doctor int he practice and love each and every one of them. They are all caring and loving, and go the extra mile. I would recommend this practice to anyone. more

The best! 10/29/2007

This is the best pediatricians office in town. The doctors stay until the last patient is seen, and will stay later if you call with an emergency. Parents are treated with respect, and the children are treated with love. more

Love Dr. Diebel! 10/23/2007

Both of my children have been patients of Dr. Elizabeth Diebel's for years; my oldest since we moved to the area when she was 1, and my youngest since he was born. She has always been thorough, caring and professional. She always asks about the other if I only bring one child in, and she is just an all-around sweet person. The rest of the staff is great, too, and have always been helpful and responsive to my needs. I have in the past and, in the future, will continue to refer people to them! more

Changed Doctors 10/18/2007

I didnt have a good experience with this group. Our doctor was usually in Prattville. I had the choice to see other drs. or go to Prattville, which was not convenient. Wanted to swap Drs and wasnt allowed to. Left messages with billing dept, never received a phone call- had to go up there in person to get answers. more

Amazing personalized care 10/15/2007

This pediatricians office is fabulous. They offer a sick area/well area to help keep the germs down. Whenever I have had an after-hours concern, the on-call doctor has promptly returned my call. I have even been able to have a weekend appointment when I was concerned that my child had strep throat. Although you will wait a while, when you get to see a doctor, they will give you their total attention. more

Dr. Catherine Wood 10/10/2007

I am a new patient to PIP. As a new mom unaccustomed to the noise of toddlers, I was very unhappy that the waiting room was so loud and chaotic. Luckily, they provide a small waiting room for newborns seperate from the older children. That problem aside, once we were able to get back and see the doctor, we were in love. Dr. Wood is the greatest. She came in, was very laid back, answered every question we had and never once made us feel rushed or that we were asking stupid questions. I highly recommend Dr. Wood and PIP. more

Great group of doctors 4/27/2007

I have used this group of doctors from the time my daughter was first born. They are all women, and I believe, over time, I have seen each and every doctor there. They are all very thorough, and have had an excellent manner with my children. They are willing to see children during afterhours. more

Great Practice 4/26/2007

We are so pleased with the health care that our 3 girls have received over the years. The doctors are always caring, compassionate and concerned about the girls. I would recommend this practice to anyone and think they are the best group of pediatricians in Montgomery bar none! more

Excellent pediatrics! 4/11/2007

I am very very happy with this pediatrician's office. My children see Dr. Elizabeth Diebel but all of the doctors there are fabulous. The nurses and everyone are always very nice and helpful! I just love them all! more
