I recently experienced some problems with this office...My bleach trays did not fit properly, and I was inconvenienced with two trips to this office. This was due to poor coordination and communication, as well as lack of professionalism on the staffs part. Upon my expressing my dissapointment and desire to speak with an office manager regarding how to resolute this...I was sent a letter (no one called me to discuss the situation) dismissing me as a patient for my "negative attitude". I was expecting someone to call me with an apology, and to my dismay a dismissal is what I received instead! I didn't even receive the courtesy of a phone call to discuss my concerns. I was dumbfounded as I have never been dismissed from any office nor had anything like this ever happen to me before. Never have I experienced such a travisty in customer service! I guess in this office...patients are not allowed to express dissatisfaction, seems to be a one way street! No loyalty or respect to patients and clearly we are not valued! Maybe they appear to be a good facility when all is perfect, but have a problem...and good luck! I will be reporting them to the state board and west michigan dental association. I feel as consumers we need to take a stand against poor service and un-professionalism, in order to ever see a change and get back to a place where our business is valued!
