This was the worst place EVER!! I had made an agreement to sell my car and made a time and date for the tow truck driver to come and pick up the car. Well when the day came the tow truck driver was not only LATE but very RUDE!!! The driver also didn't have the agreed upon price for the car. He had to go and get change after he tried to give me $240 for my car and then leave with the title to go get change for the $20!! I had also asked for a reciept and NEVER got one. I emailed this place and told them what happend and got nothing. They recieved a car is very good condition with very useable parts, the engine locked up. I will NEVER use this place again and I DONT RECOMMENDED IT TO ANYONE!!!! Its run by a bunch of forgeiners who only want your money or car and don't care about customer service!!! more

I recently needed a used steel rim for my vehicle. I wanted to buy used cause it was cheaper. I called Parsons Auto Parts and they told me they had a wheel for me. I went there, paid around 37.00 for the wheel and then had to wait about 30 minutes for them to take it off the car. The atmosphere is definitely that of a junk-yard, which is fine, but I did not enjoy waiting for so long. I did get my wheel, at a reasonable price and it is working just fine. more
