Great Reunion Ever! 6/7/2007

My family had a family reunion and Parsa kabob catered for 50 people at our granma's home in Sparks. I'm a big fan of lamb and honestly, the lamb was tender and tasty. My parents highly recommended the falafel and rated it excellent they had in many years. Their newly introduced chicken tikka will melt in your mouth. This place has great awesome food, not to forget their romantic interior ambience. Pros: Thumbs Up more

If you want bad service and worse food this is the Resturant for you! 4/3/2007

My group of three walked in to a desolate dinky plaza restaurant expecting much more activity around 6:00pm. The atmosphere was stiff and as we awkwardly stumbled to the front desk the staff neither greeted or offered help. It wasn't until we reached the desk that they even bothered to say hello and extracting a menu from them was more painful than a trip to the dentist (he only gave us two menus and we have three people). \r \r He told us to pick our food and come back and tell him--I was a little startled at not having a proper waiter. As my group and I walked back to the makeshift mall cafeteria style tables, we quickly decided we all wanted the Lamb. My boyfriend and I ordered two mint teas to go with our order. \r \r After about forty minutes or more minutes of waiting for our drinks we decided to go up and ask them for it personally. An additional thirty minutes pass before we even received our meal.\r \r Our meals came (at $10 each) with about an inch wide and a foot long strip of over cooked lamb. Our meal also came with a side of rice--great variety for the money.\r \r We regretfully paid the $45 bill leaving hungry and tired. I've eaten at places ranging from $3 meals to $300 and this was one of the worst restaurants I've eaten at by far. Pros: Nothing--only that it is close to Towson Cons: Service, Food, Ambience, Value more

Best Middleeastern Food in America 6/22/2006

I have been to more than 50 different middleeastern and Kabab restaurants in America, and I can say without any hesitation that this is the best middle eastern food I have had. The food tastes home-made. We had humus, kabab, tabouli, falafel and other middle eastern appetizers, and it all tasted delicious. The waiters were so helpful; they offered us free tea in the end. The middleeastern deserts were delicious also. We had some pistacio baklava, which was very tastey. I liked the setting of the restaurant. The new owner renovated the place and it feels very cozy. It is perfect for a family dinner. The tent inside is perfect for a date. I highly recommend this restaurant. Pros: Great food, service, and generosity. more

THE BEST KABOB IN BALTIMORE! 6/22/2006

I was shocked at the negative review Parsa Kabob got! Maybe they were just having a bad day or something. When I tried the place for the first time recently, I found the people there to be very friendly and the food was amazing. I found no problem with the portions or prices. The plate was heaped with a steaming basmati rice and the chicken tikka was heavenly. I would also recommend the lamb chops, my girlfriend had them and she sang their praises all the way home. I also took my father who had lived in Israel and he says he's never tasted falafel that comes close until now. Word to the wise, this place is self serve. You place your order at the front. I would recommend it to everyone I know. Pros: THE FOOD AND AMBIENCE (THERE'S AN ACTUAL TENT) more

Not good service!! 5/23/2006

I was very disappointed after eating in your restaurant. First of all, the service was horrible, because not one person asked me if I needed anything to drink. In all restaurants, it is a normal courtesy to serve your customers water. Secondly, the food was good, but the quantity was so little that I was embarassed to pay the bill. It was not even enough for a kid. Also, when I went there, the waiters were hiding from me and did not open the door at the proper time. When they finally had enough courage to open the door, they did not give me a menu or tell me how I'm supposed to order. The overall setting was good, but that's not enough in this case. I didn't find good service or foods in good quantity; therefore, I would not recommend this restaurant to people. Cons: bad service, not enough food, highly priced more

This place was awesome! 9/13/2005

This place is under new ownership and has been renovated! Wow it is beautiful. They have a tent built in to the place where you can dine among beautiful pillows. A great place to take your date! The food has also gotten better since the new owners took over. I recommend any one try it because it's a great change from the usual. Pros: Inexpensive, Good Parking more
