This is a great Ford/Lincoln dealership. Everyone from the sales person, to management, to service and parts, go out of their way to insure the customer is treated like family, treated fairly, and are completely satisfied. I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new Ford or Lincoln, as well as used cars and trucks, you will not be disappointed! more

I bought my 2011 Ford Fusion from this dealership and they have been great every time I go there from the first time I bought my first car from them to every time I have my car taken in there to be service and I always have Drew Hopkins write up the service order because he knows what my car needs to have done and after my car is through being servicing he knows what it needs because the service techs lets him know and he lets me know so I can get it repaired. more

Love these guys! I bought my C-Max Hybrid 8 months ago, and I was thrilled with the purchase process and even happier with the service department! I highly recommend this dealership, and if you can work with Mike Bray, so much the better :-) more

This dealer puts customer satisfaction first and foremost. Every member of their staff, in all departments, are both friendly and helpful. If all car dealerships were run like Parkway Ford, it would be a great change. Ford Motor Company must be proud to have Parkway Ford representing their brand. more

advertise one price and charge another during service appointment ... also bought a new truck at this location and they said the a loaner would always be available when i needed service ... first, second, then third .... never a loaner ... i hate this place... will never be back!!!! more

What a Pity 10/29/2010

Ok I'd like to break this review up into two different categories:\r \r 1. Sales: Awesome! I have been doing business with Parkway Ford for 10 plus years and their sales staff and sales customer service are absolutely wonderful! \r \r 2. Service (Maintenance): The staff members that Parkway Ford has working in their service department could use a little extra "customer service" vehicle-side manners training. These individuals do not give a rats *&%$# about getting vehicles fixed correctly or whether or not they get it back to you in a timely manner. I'd rather pay double to a private mechanic and I do! more

Bad Business Practices 1/7/2009

I have done business (by force) with this company for years. They are the worst in customer service I have ever experienced. Now I know why people take their Fords to Mt. Airy for service - it's worth the drive. These folks never have cars fixed on time, I have yet to not have to take a vehicle back for the same thing at least once - and the attitude you get is "take it or leave it". No customer focus at all. They do not seem to care at all that you are a customer - they only want you to buy a car from them... they are certainly willing to take your money for service - but they provide subquality customer service every time. more
