We took our cat, Catfish John, for his annual visit this week. As always a great visit. Dr. Smith is far and away the best veterinarian with which we have ever worked. Her attention to detail, willingness to go beyond what is expected and her compassion and empathy not only for her patient but their owners is truly an asset to Parkway. more

Dr. Gilvey is the absolute BEST doggie doctor in this hemisphere!!! She has been caring for our animals for over 16 years..would not ever think of taking our loved one to anyone else!!! more

My best friend buddy has been a patient of Parkway Animal Hospital since 2004. In May of this year he fell very sick and we were told at a 24 hour facility that he would pass away during the night. We were destroyed. During the night my family watched his every breath. To our surprise he made it through the night. We called Parkway the very minute they opened and were told to come right in. When we got there everyone was so understanding and kind. We spoke to Dr. Gilvey and made a plan to try and save Buddy. Each day was a milestone and Buddy survived each one. During the course of the next 7 months Dr. Gilvey and her staff treated Buddy and encouraged our family to have faith and hope. Every day that was difficult, they made it better. To say the least they were our angels. They not only treated Buddy with medicine but they treated my family with compassion, comfort and hope. Their dedication to animals is incredible. They value the life of our pets just as we do. Now in the month of more

We are fairly new to Cary and were referred to go try Parkway. We are so happy with the experience so far, our 2 small dogs got routine vaccinations and checkups. The staff was very friendly and offered some good advice for ongoing care and proper food diet. Will be back! more

I have been bringing my 2 Papillions to Parkway for over a year now, and I have to say the staff always makes us feel at home. The doctors are caring and always treat us like we are their number one priority. They always take the time to answer any questions that I have. The staff is very knoweledgable and are always willing to help answer any of my questions. This is by far, the best animal hospital in Cary! more

I have been taking my Sheltie to Parkway Animal Hospital for years, but I recently accepted their invitation for a hospital tour. Wow! I've always been impressed with the staff, but I had no idea the scope of what they are capable of doing. I strongly recommend this hospital. If you are seeking a vet in the Cary area, they will invite you to tour the hospital. I think you will be as impressed as I am. more

The hospital is bright and clean, has a coffee bar and internet access, and televisions. The staff is friendly, and patient with my somewhat grumpy kitties. Dr. Lewis and Dr. Gilvey always check them thoroughly from nose to tail every time and review all the blood tests they do on my pets. They have caught problems ahead of time like kidney disease on my old cat. They patiently answer all my cat mom questions. A great animal hospital. more
