Be sure to bring your savings account when you come. PAH charged me $40 for cat's pain medication which I later bought at another vet for $3. This mark-up is BEYOND ridiculous. I have since changed to the more reasonably priced vet and actually get far better vet care too. more

Best Animal Care Around 12/1/2011

Wonder and caring staff. We have had the fortune to have a number of pets cared for by Parkside and have always felt that they treated them with the same loving care that they would treat their own Pros: null Cons: null more

Best animal hospital in Keller!!! 8/18/2011

I have tried many different veterinary hospitals in Keller and my experience today has been the best! From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. The technician I saw went out of her way to make my baby feel more comfortable and even gave her an extra special treat (which she loved). The Dr was sweet and kind and answered ALL of my questions all 1 million of them. What a great team of people...I recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinarian. more

Parkside was at one time a wonderful clinic but in the past year has not taken the time to check up on my animals when I returned home to continue nursing them. Not only have I had this experience, but my neighbor across the street had the same issue Her cat was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and they never called to check up on the status of his progress. Lastly, my dog got into sugar free gum (I thought Trident, which is deadly to dogs) and they told me to drop him off and they would kennel him and when a vet was free, would check on him. I ended up taking him to Family Pet Clinic in Grapevine who insisted that I bring him immediately, since it was serious. Family Pet Clinic has also been kind enough to come to my home to euthanize my dogs when they were suffering (old age issues). I do not recommend Parkside anymore. more

Parkside Animal Hospital is great! 7/2/2009

This is a great group of people. I recently had to make the tough decision to put my 16 year old dog to sleep. Everyone there was extremely kind and caring. They made a really sad day bearable. They were wonderful and called to check on me the next day. more

Just be carefull who you let treat your love ones 4/27/2009

Very nice and clean place.....but beware if you take your older love one into this place....they want to follow "there" guidelines and they hurt my cat by giving her a rabies shot when she was already on her death bed. State law requires all pets to be vacinated but after talking to other local vets they would in NO way give a sick animal a vacine to treat them. Very disappointed. Pros: Clean place Cons: vets follow guidelines even if it means hurting your pet more

Excellent, caring staff and doctors! Highly recommend. 11/14/2008

I have been using this clinic now for almost 9 years and find that they are very caring, very sharp and courteous to the client. They always greet you when you arrive and immediately check you in. The doctors are extremely friendly and consult with the clients for the best treatment of their pets. I would highly recommend them! Pros: Wonderful, caring staff. more

Great Vet! 11/13/2008

I love this clinic. The techs are the absolute best you can find. Dr. Ruple is my personal favorite. She always takes the time to explain and you can never ask her too many questions. more

A Place That Cares... 11/13/2008

I've taken eight animals through Parkside Animal Hospital and have been extemely pleased with all of my animals' care. The staff takes the time not only to treat the animal, but educate owners as well. Parkside works closely with non-profit organizations and the staff has even been known to foster as well. My sister rescently had an emergency with her 12 year old diabetic cat and thier regular vet was out of town. Parkside told us to bring him in while they called the other vet's office to get his records in order to see how they could help. I'd recommend Parkside to anyone!! Pros: They LOVE animals here! Cons: I wish they had more land in order to provide daycare and boarding services. more

Wonderful Experience 11/12/2008

The staff is very friendly. The ladies at the front desk always acknowledge their clients and even address them by name as they enter the waiting area. And their pet's too! \r Dr. Wiggington met with my cats for their annual exams. She was very thorough and patience with the little "scaredy cats". She and the medical staff are very knowledeable. \r Overall it was a wonderful experience. more

This is a wonderful and caring practice. 11/12/2008

I have used this clinic for almost 9 years now and can tell you that they have a wonderful staff, great doctors, very caring and they support animal rescue. They are very reasonable price wise and will never recommend care just to raise the bill. more

more concerned about money 8/31/2006

I went here with my dog in shock about dead. After 700.00 in bills I was told she had a desease and the treatment would be another 200 before I left.I explained I didnt even have the 700.00 I was told well come get your dog and she will just die with out the treatment. I was also told in the beginning that costs would be worked out because we are a low income family and just bought a house 2 weeks ago here. When I came to get my dog I was told sorry pay it all up front NOW. They are more worried about how much money they can make off you then treating your dieing, life deseased young dog.Can we say no compassion for animals.I thought thats why vets got into what they do, at least thats what I want my vet to be like.Overhead is what they are concerned about not your pets life and care. Go somewhere else. Dont waste 60.00 to walk in the door for 10 minutes to see pretty wall paper. Pros: My dog is alive Cons: noncompassionate staff more

Caring service for your pet 6/6/2005

Finally, we found a place that gives expert care for our little dog and provides a clean kennel where we can feel safe leaving her when we have to be out of town. They always seem delighted to see her, and I know she's in good hands while I'm gone. more
