Take it in for repairs and come out with bodywork dents... Great mechanic work, but they need to be careful about banging up your vehicle. Now I have 2 dents and an ugly color of paint on the side where it was dented and it was done on their property. I know this for sure b/c it was not there when I dropped my vehicle off that morning. I will be upset for a while about this and haven't decided if I will return to this facility :( more

Bobby Parker's Been There 4 Me! 8/28/2009

I've done business with Bobby and his crew for the entire 30+ yrs he's been in business. He's honest,and his people tend to stay with him. I once asked him to go rescue my Daughter on I75 nearly to Cleveland whose car had broken down. He got her to Chattanooga and fixed the car. He's that kind of guy. His gas is high because he still has one of the few full-service setups in Chattanooga. more

Finally Someone to Trust with Your Car Repairs 7/24/2005

We had had several people recommend Parker's to use for car repairs. Figured we'd give them a shot since they're less than a half mile from our house, making it easy to drop the car off and walk home. They've done several big jobs for us now and repairs have always held up. We trust them to only do what needs to be done and to be up front and honest with us. We always get our car back in the time frame they give us and they often don't charge to identify the problem. We'll continue to take our cars there for the foreseeable future. One thing though...their price on gas is usually high. more
