I had done extensive research for an orthodonsist. My husband wanted to go to Dr Parks and I did not based on online reviews. The experience has been a nightmare. The front desk is out to lunch. I made a payment arrangement to be deducted right from my credit card. They are still sending my bills saying, I owe money when it was supposed to come out automatically. I have been calling all day to get it straight. the voicemail says the mailbox is full . What if this was an emergency?
