Great Auto Repair! They give you fast, quality auto service at a fair price. I`ve been going there every 3000 miles for the past 5 years. It`s hard to find a honest auto repair service and I`am glade to have found it at Park Avenue Collision. more

I don`t normally take time to rate things, but this shop was great. I`ve had a really hard time finding someone I trust to work on my car in West Orange, NJ but they were very trustworthy. The towing was expensive, but it is no matter where you go. And they had my car in and out within two days. Loved it! more

Just plain good work 6/18/2011

I have never experienced such a thorough, understandable, patient explanation of a mechanical problem. MJ suggested we check with the dealer to see if the water pump and timing belt would be covered free under warranty due to such low mileage, which we will do. We will definitely be back and are most appreciative of Ernie Weaver's referral. more

Great technicians, it showed that they know what they are doing 6/18/2011

Several years ago I had an older car I took all over town. No one either wanted to fix it or could fix it. Then I brought it to Park Avenue Collision . The technician took the time to figure out what was wrong. He was willing to take periodic test drives and stints with the diagnostic equipment to diagnose the problem. I was consequently able to continue to drive it for a couple more years. I've now returned with my newer car because they really know what they are doing. I can tell they appreciate my business. more

My husband and I over the years have done all of our own auto maintenance ourselves because frankly we found that it's very difficult to find a shop that would do the needed repairs to our cars in the same way that we would. However, the mechanics from Park Avenue Collision are a superior technicians who truly cares about his customers and their cars. For example because of time or should I say lack of it we decided to have Park Avenue Collision do some work on our 02 Honda CRV. I can tell you that after we picked it up and I drove it I can honestly say that the car is now driving better then when I received it from the dealership brand new! Thank you again for the great job. We are now intrusting Park Avenue Collision to take care of some minor problems with our 77 Classic Corvette which we have been restoring. This car is my baby and I would not trust it with just anyone. But I know that I can with full confidence drop it off at Park Avenue Collision knowing that when I return to pick up the car will have it running better then ever. In this day and age Park Avenue Collision are a true gem. Thank you! more

Thank you for your excellent work on my Grand Am this past week. You were very thoughtful and patient in explaining to me the problem with the fuel pressure and the repairs needed. GM did not make it an easy job to find the gauge you needed but you persisted and found the problem and fixed it. You make the repairs with the greatest care and high level of professionalism. Great services from Park Avenue Collision 6/18/2011

We were extremely pleased with Park Avenue Collision 's work. We had a crack about 10 inches long and a number of window dings. If I didn't know where the crack and dings were on the windshield before Park Avenue Collision 's work, I'd have a really tough time telling you where they may have been. I also must say that they were very flexible in scheduling his work and I found his pricing to be extremely reasonable. You better believe I will call Park Avenue Collision to work on my cars in the future!!! more

Auto Radiator Repair - fast work, no problems for them 6/18/2011

I had a great experience. It started when i made the appointment. The girl asked a lot of questions and actually listened to my responses about what was going on with my car. I had taken my car to several shops and none of them really tried to solve my problem. While the problem hasn't been solved in one visit, the owner has made arrangements with me to monitor my issue to see if we can solve the problem. I am agreeable to this since I don't want to spend a ton of money on repairs that i don't need and the folks at Park Avenue Collision 's are going to help see to that. more

It's difficult today in the service industry to find a shop where dedication to customer service and pride in craftsmanship are the dominant theme. The girls and guys here though are getting it right. As a non-franchised, non-commissioned shop employees here are not financially motivated to sell any repair or service that isn't needed. Competitive pricing and accurate diagnosis are key factors in reducing the cost of automotive maintenance and repairs. I like knowing that when I drop off my car that I'll be called with a no obligation estimate that is guaranteed to fix the problem. A guarantee that also includes any part and labor. The bottom line is that I'm very pleased and intend to continue to use these folks for my automotive needs. OK, so they don't run many specials. That's fine with me because I really don't want to play that bait and switch game and I'm comfortable with the fact that regardless of the repairs I know I'll be treated fairly. Thank you more

Auto Repair masters - they know the how-to 6/18/2011

I have a 1999 Ford Explorer (our "beater" car--my wife gets to drive the new one). It is going through its winter years, and I have spent a good deal of money, most of it at West Orange, over the past few months to keep it running. My experience with them is that they give honest and accurate diagnoses, then they fix what needs to be fixed, and then your car works the way it's supposed to work. I have complete confidence in their workmanship and timeliness. Last, and surely not least, I want to lift up the excellent customer service work, who sets the appointments, runs the estimates, stays on top of everything that goes on, and keeps the customer informed the whole way. more

Awesome Collision Repair services 6/18/2011

West Orange's folks always do a great job - let me know the estimate, call me when they know what's going on with the car, and call me promptly to let me know I can pick my car up. The provide a ride for me when I need it. They are friendly yet professional. Most importantly the work they do is reliable and I know my car is fine when they're done with it and ready to roll again. This trust is priceless to me. more

My hat goes off to your new transmission shop in West Orange. The crew of transmission specialists were the best. I was treated with respect and they went out of their way to provide us with transportation while they were replacing my transmission. Keep up the good work guys!
