My company has payed trip for me new york city . i have the worse time waiting for car durant the time i stay in ritz carlton central park ,all drivers are pakistan or indian .the cars smell like food . I ask the driver that the tips it all inclusive .he said that the owner ali choudry never give any driver @ 20 % gratuity . that why he got suit with labor departement for closeto 1 million dollars .dispatcher (shon) are the worse hold me for 7 time in the phone trying to have hold of the driver i could hear some other people talking in there native language. he scream at the driver ( where the f word are you ) . i heard all they forget to put me in hold . the driver get there finally called (mark) is different one . he is morron we ask him to take as to east village ( rivington & allen ) he said he don't know how to get there so he take the phone and called someone to get direction 5 minute in the phone still get as lost.so we decide to let him go .we take yellow cab for $ 10 back he get there in 15 minute .he was driving 60 milles in 35 millle zone but he know where to go atleast . we give double because he was nice . so $ 98 plus 20 % gratuit plus tax is $135 . i have better thing to buy with that money to trow it out of window ...specially even the driver are not getting that 20% gratuity .the charges are unjustiefied ...i will never use there service again ....darel@ starshold. more

Poor quality service. Yes, Sometimes you have to write it down when you hire a limo and the driver is in late and he calls during all your ride while you try to talk to your clients over the phone.\r In addition, they charged me for unjustified services that I still can't explain. I had a so-so experience with these guys. I'm still not sure who the best car service to use when I travel to NY is so I decided to give these guys a shot. Their website was impressive and their prices slightly higher than the rest, so I assumed that meant good service. \r \r I had requested the Mercedes S550. It's a beautiful car to ride in, but it was late picking me up. I was waiting in the cold by the curb when an SUV with a Paris Limo sign in the window pulled up. He told me that my car was running late and to jump in with him. He said he could take me into the city, but they would rather have me wait 10-15 min for the Mercedes to get there. I appreciate that I had a car to wait in, but it was still a strange sitting in one car while waiting for the other. \r \r For my return trip to the airport the following day, the driver was waiting outside my hotel, from what I saw, at least 1 hour early! That's service! However, the driver was a little strange... No joke, he was muttering to himself the whole time and listening to a bad AM traffic station (perhaps to cover up the fact that he was talking to himself). I don't mind a driver tuning in for a quick traffic update, but I only want to hear so many bad mattress store commercials and traffic updates, especially while sitting in the back of a business-class sedan.\r \r The car was great, the drivers are just a little off. \r \r Overall, I was satisfied, but it's still not the type of service I expect for the prices I was paying.
