The personnel who assisted me at Paris House-Bridal is an amazing woman with a great eye for detail! She has a gift for making the bride feel ultra special yet completely at ease. The store' selection is wonderful and their prices are very competitive! My experience at this shop was so positive and happy. Every time I went in for a fitting, my girls and the staff were always laughing and having a good time. Anytime someone asked where I got my dress, I would tell them about my wonderful and relaxing experience at Paris House-Bridal & Fashion. more

Horrible! 1/13/2011

We got our bridesmaid dresses 12 hours before the wedding. The only reason we got them that quickly was because the bride SAT IN THE STORE the night before her wedding and refused to leave until they were given to her. Not to mention the nightmarish hassle we dealt with until the wedding day. more

Do NOT go here for your bridal needs. Not only are they way too expensive, they are incompetent, rude, and very difficult to work with. If you're going to get a bridal gown or bridesmaid dress, I strongly suggest you go elsewhere. I got my bridesmaid dress here and no one in the bridal party received their gowns until literally 12 hours before the wedding. They lied to us constantly about the progress of the dress alterations and refused to let us see them. They got the dress color wrong, as well as the pattern for the beading. They don't know anything about customer service or good business practices. Don't do it!!! more

Found the gown of my dreams 6/21/2010

I can't believe I found the gown of my dreams and it did'nt cost a fortune. I had the best service at this store and could only recommend them to EVERYONE. I even invited all the girls to the wedding... Thanks for helping me and all my girls. Can't wait for thr BIG DAY! more

I was almost hopeless 6/16/2010

I needed a dress for my wedding within 2 weeks(I was almost hopeless). I was told to go to House of Bridal in Michigan City and boy am I glad I did. Susan was the kind sales ladie who helped me and she was great. She worked so hard to find me the perfect dress to fit my body and even discounted to gown to fit my budget. Thanks to all who helped, you dodn't know how much I appreciate everything you did. I will recommed any one looking for a formal to you. more
