Maybe we went into the Parents Choice on a bad day, but it did not have the personable personalities that we read about. Me and wife went to visit this daycare last week and we got the immediate sense that we were not welcomed. The older lady behind the front desk did not seem to want to answer my wife’s question and overall she seemed a little racist (like we was not supposed to be there). I thought we had stepped into a time machine and this lady holding German shepherd to our peaceful protest!!! After our walkthrough of the facility, we thank the staff and immediately scratched Parents Choice off our list. My wife did read negative things about Richard, Gigi and Julie (owner and daughter) but due to the time of the post (2 years ago) we ignored them. Sorry we did because the front office staff reflects their attitude. Personally I do not think we (minorities) are wanted there, we are simply tolerated. more

I have loved having my kids at parents choice. They love coming here also. Everyone is great and it makes me feel better to leave them knowing they will be getting the same love and attention as they would at home. Thank you all so very much for all you do. more

My children have been going to Parent's Choice for over five years now. My oldest started with them when she was just 6 weeks old and now she is in their school-age room. I also have one in the three year old room and my youngest in the toddler room. Obviously, we are not attending the same Parent's Choice as these parents named unhappy parent and unhappy mom because all of the parents at Parent's Choice are happy and I know this because we all communicate. We talk when we see each other dropping off or picking up our children at the center, and many of our children participate in extracurricular activities together outside of the daycare. At anytime, I am able to go in and check on my child and communicate with the teachers so I feel extremely comfortable, especially because when I go to pick up my children sometimes my children will get upset because they are not ready to leave because they are having so much fun participating in their activity (and no it is not because they don't want to come home because all of the other parents and I laugh about it because their children do the same thing). Also, anytime my child is injured I am contacted immediately at work even for minor scratches. Not only is Parent's Choice a loving environment, but is also a very educational environment. My children come home every week with a stack of curriculum papers and crafts that they completed. Parent's Choice is a top notch facility with reasonable tuition. I can't imagine putting my children anywhere else. more

I felt like I need to balance this out. My children have been attending over a year. They can be a handful at times. The staff is kind, courteous and genuinely seems to care for the children. The owners are amazing, caring people. They get to know each child. My son is in Ms. Wilma's class and she is nothing but amazing to them. Her attitude toward the kids is quite cute and amusing. She has been teaching children for 40 yrs and knows what makes them tick. I definitely recommend this place!!! I actually renewed my lease because I am so satisfied with my childcare provider. more

My oldest child has been with Parent's choice since she was 2yrs old and has loved it now for 5 years. My son has been going for two years now and he loves it as well. Richard, Gigi, Julie, Ms. Brenda, Ms. Wilma, Ms. Fifi, ect. they are all wonderful and have treated each one of my children with the same love and affection that I do. They have been accomodating on so many countless issues that have arised and are always friendly and respectful. I can't speak for everyone but but my family feels blessed to have the people at Parent's Choice in our lives and part of our family as well. I would also like to say that they have always been responsive with injuries, they catch little things that most parents wouldn't even think of. If you think you can keep track of where every bump and bruise that finds itself onto a toddlers little body has resulted from - God Bless You! If you are looking in the Spring, TX area for a safe and friendly daycare - Parent's Choice is the best around by far. more

My son has been attending Parents Choice since he was 2yrs old. And he still absolutely loves it!! And I love it too! THe front is so friendly. I love all the codes and security of the front desk. I am a hairstylist so I come and go at all hours. I have never seen anything that would cause concern. Infact my best friend use to work there and she said she wouldn't send her child anywhere else. ANd her mother still works there and has for a long time. I've never heard anything about them treating the employees or the children badly. BEST DAYCARE IN SPRING more

They continue to win awards for their outstanding service and the retention for the staff is high. You could not pick a better place for your kids. more
