Called Phil about a large hornets nest we had in a tree in the back yard. We have all kinds of bees and wasps and yellow jackets because of all the flowering plants that we have. We are around them all the time and they just seem to ignore us. Except for when we were close to this nest. Within an hour after I called Phil had the nest and all the hornets associated with it destroyed. He is a very pleasant and capable person. Also enjoyed visiting with him. We worked in the area of the nest the rest of the day and were not bothered as usual by any of the bees. more

We have used Paratex since we moved to Vancouver 13 years ago. Initially we had carpenter ants, but not since we called Phil about them. He is friendly, professional and good. Also his costs are reasonable and he doesn't try to push expensive services to you. If you have a pest problem, or don't want one, call Paratex. more

I have worked here for over eleven years, and Phil of Paratex American Pest Management had been involved with the property since before then. He does exceptional work, and is very thorough. He is also very responsive, and easy to get in touch with. Best of all, his treatments are effective, which is huge in pest control. I recently came to a new property, and right away there was a problem with bed bugs. After Phil was done, all 19 units were completely bed bug free. He will treat and reinspect until he has no question that the issue is resolved. We won't use anyone but Phil, especially for bed bugs. He's is almost always here quickly once we call, but if he happens to be busy, we will wait rather than go to someone else. If you need a stellar pest control person, don't hesitate to call Phil--I highly recommend him. His prices are very fair, especially for the amount of time he spends.
