DO NOT BOOK HERE UNLESS YOU ARE 100% SURE YOU ARE HAVING YOUR EVENT!!!!. My wife and I reserved the West room for 125 people 8 months in advance. Within a month, we decided that not everything was going to go to plan and decided to have a small private ceremony. In their policy you will find it states that if you cancel, and they book another event for the same time and room, they will give you your deposit back. It also states this will only happen if they reserve the same amount of people or more. We canceled 7 months in advance hoping that we would get our deposit back. \r
When the reserved date arrived, sure enough there was another party booked. We demanded to speak to the manager to get our $ back. She said that she knew nothing about our reservation and I would have to speak to the manager Joseph. Joseph is only in on Wednesdays. I just got off the phone with Joseph who told me there was no way he was giving me my deposit back. I asked him as a decent human being to cut a newlywed couple who recently purchased a home a break. He said it was my fault and I cost him too much money to give me the money back since he paid ""way more than that on advertising"". If the room was only booked for 30 days and 7 months notice was given, you would think any lack of reservation is due to lack of interest, not me having it booked for 30 days.\r
I will NEVER do business with them again, and I encourage you not to. Joseph is a slimeball only interested in your money, and won’t even work with you like a decent human being.
