If your idea of good bread is wonder bread and your idea of a cookie is kebbler then you may not realize just how special this pizza is. The dough is KNEADED (NOT JUST MIXED) of a high gluten winter wheat that gives you that true bread like quality. The sauces are F_R_E_A_S_H! and spiced with a whisper of zing. Good job PAPA JOHNS! Not even sure why the masses eat things like Little Ceasers and Dominos when they could feast on perfection at PAPA's. more

Bland crust, too fat edges on the crust, not enough toppings, cheese tastes waxy. better ingrediants than who?!?! only just better than ginos frozen pizza. Cons: bland, overrated, tastes bad more

Where's the beef? 12/6/2002

Pap John's Pizza uses miniscule toppings - I can't tell a mushroom from a sausage piece. It tastes okay - but I like chunky toppings! more

Better ingredients used here 11/6/2002

I have been eating at Pappy John's Pizza everysince the first opened up in 1997 or so in Wichita, Ks. I have since preferred them when I travel. Very few times, depending on the franchise have I gotten an inferior pizza. gotta love the garlic butter and peppers! Pros: fast, fresh, inexpensive Cons: Can't dine in, Quality control more

Excellent Pizza, crust, cheese, toppings!!! Especially the FRESH mushrooms! Everyone else around me serves canned mushrooms...ugh! Friendly, but not friendly enough to drive it to my house ;) I rate Papa Johns Pizza #1!! I love the thin crust and the seasoning sprinkle that comes with it. OH yeah, the garlic butter sauce dip and the cheese dip are both fanominal!! Keep up the good work Papa John! Pros: best pizza around, fresh veggies, NO CANNED MUSHROOMS Cons: not enough of them, have to pick up, dont deliver to me more
