I went on a Monday night after 10--I was the only customer in the whole place, there were 2 employees, but it still took them over half an hour. One was on his cell phone with a friend the whole time, carried out the whole transaction while in conversation--and over-charged me for the wrong item. And then argued with me that he couldn't fix it. I finally got fed up with the rudeness, and asked to cancel the transaction, which he said he'd do.\r

It's been 24 hours, and I'm still waiting for the reimbursement to show up on my credit card. I tried to contact the corporate headquarters to complain--wouldn't you know, no phone line, so now I have to wait for someone to get around to my email... \r

There are at least 4 other pizza places within walking distance (Tango, Little Pizza King, Pizza Etc., Oak Square Pizza)--would recommend any of them over this. Should have known--always go for the local business.
Pros: Pizza is your average run-of-the-mill mass-produced product
Cons: Rude people, slow service
