The manager/owner of this business and I had a conversation on the phone about pet-sitting services and she was by far the rudest person I have ever spoken with on the phone. She treated me like I didn't know anything and was completely incompetent (which I am not!). I was so upset by the conversation that I wound up sending an email to that effect and got one back telling me they didn't know why I was upset from a ""friendly conversation"". No apology was offered, all the blame was put on me. I will never use them and can't imagine why you would want to trust your pets to a company that can't even treat other people the right way!
Pros: There are none.
Cons: Rude, unfriendly staff
