I called one afternoon with my oil light flickering and it was close to 5 and they told me to bring it on out so they could take a look.I was from out of town so I was thrilled they were going to check it out. more

Great Staff! 1/22/2014

We have bought two vehicles from Palmer's Hyundai. As long as Hyundai makes a vehicle we like, or they have something used on the lot we might want, I don't see us going anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. Great experiences working with these people! more

Service department Sucks! 1/21/2014

I had to have my car repaired. It was not repaired correctly the first time, nor the second, or third!! They tried to charge me for services that were not done correcty!! Do not take your car there to have it repaired more

They take customer service seriously. 11/10/2013

This could have been a total washout for this dealership, since they were performing a recall repair...they did an outstanding job of taking care of me and my car! I was offered a free ride back home, with pick-up for return offered, the work was performed as promised in LESS TIME than promised (when does that ever happen?!), and I was treated in a professional and friendly manner. I work at a competitive dealership (Toyota) so I know how important good service is to the health of an auto dealer---these people know how to treat a customer! more
