Palm Tree Dental Center

I called to ask the office manager if the review i read was accurate about an employee having a violent felony background. She told me it was not of my concern and that there are many other dental offices i could go to besides Palm Tree Dental if i didnt like it. I asked could i have corporate's number and she told me absolutely not, that i was very ignorant, needed to get a life, and she would have me arrested for harrassment. I asked her why she was being so rude and she continued to call me names without cursing of course but very demeaning comments. An office manager should never handle a potential client in that manner. Then she called me some person's name out of the blue like she has had more than me inquiring about this matter. I would really like to know if her manager or doctors would appreciate her telling a customer to go somewhere else over an inquiry! more

I have been a customer with this dental office for many years. They have always been very accommodating, fast appointments and, what's best, their prices are unmatched in Vero Beach! But what I really like is the beautiful renovation they have done! Elegant, super clean and a friendly staff! i went there for a cleaning, I don't have insurance, and they offered me a rate I could not find anywhere else!!! I can recommend this wonderful office to anyone more

WHY DO THEY HAVE A FELON BY THE NAME OF CRYSTAL BOOKER WORKING THERE? I KNOW THIS TO BE TRUE BECAUSE SHE IS FROM MY CITY IN FORT PIERCE. SHE HAS MULTIPLE FELONIES INCLUDING AGG BATTERY, STALKING, ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES W/O PRESCRIPTIONS. I WOULD NEVER TAKE MY CHILD OR VISIT THIS FACILITY AGAIN. more

Never work there..... most of the doctors are excellent but the owner is... They had 2 girls moving metal filing cabinets and bulk charts they made us work while construction guys were ripping the flooring up and workers with saws going off no doors on the bathroom we had to walk to the food court. The owners husband made a discriminating comment and she told me i should have let it go and not say anything 2days later i got fired. Nothing is ever right nor will ever be done right. TAKE MY ADVICE IF THEY CALL RUN..... more

Before going to Palm Tree Dental for the first time today, I read the available reviews and almost didn't go because they were negitive however I asked a couple of people that I know who go there and they assured me that Palm Tree was great so I decided to give them a try. more

No matter what you go to this dentist office for, tooth ache, need a filling, chipped tooth, etc.,, they always recommend you get a root canal, or get teeth crowned for the 1,000 fee. Your health is not a concern, money is the only interest. I got a tooth pulled and they cracked the tooth next to it, my daughter got two fillings done that were so thick she could no longer floss between the teeth. Everyone I work with who has gone there for whatever reason was pressured like car dealership into an expensive procedure, if you refuse the procedure they get rude and angry! Pros: easy to get an appointment, open Saturday Cons: production line service, high pressure sales to get costly procedures more

This place is terrible. Not only is the"" Office Manager , Roxanne rude, but the staff is disorganized and nothing is ever done right. They mess up the appointment times and will never admit it was their mistake. They talk bad about other staff members and you can hear them through the hallway gossiping. I also over heard ""private"" information on a patient in the next room. Pros: none...avoid this place Cons: unprofessional, disorganized, staff gossiping in hallways, rude office manager, and too many mistakes! more
