Had a terrible experience with this office. Very unorganized, made me go to appointments when did not have the insurance authorization ready for me to be there. The last time I was 7 months pregnant and they made wait 50 minutes to tell me my authorization was denied. I had lost already 2 hours of work, and they sent the request 4 days before... I mean if they did not get the authorization on the day before my appointment what is the probability of getting the authorization the morning I'm there. Very inconsiderate with clients' time and money. Did not have a good experience with them from the start.
