I have been a client of Pallesen and Butler for 4 years and am completely satisfied with their tax preparation services. Bob and Marion are extremely professional and talented at what they do. The office staff is cordial, professional, and polite. Because I have been so impressed with their services, I referred my parents to them to help them fix some past income tax issues. Their rates are reasonable. I like that this is a local business and not a big name, corporate, big-box type tax preparation service. They know what SERVICE means.
