We have lived here for over 3 years now. We are about to sign our 4th lease. The staff here, while it has changed a few times, are really excellent. The apartments are fairly new, so they do not need to be fixed often, but we have had a few things here and there that we need to be attended to. All we have to do is email the office, and the same day, the problem is handled. The maintenance staff is very friendly and completes the job correctly with a smile. The prices are reasonable and we have never had our rent increase until now (and only $50).\r

The leases are varied for all types of time lengths and situations and have the option of an "all inclusive" deal where electric, water, and cable are included. They even rent washers and dryers and maintain them when appropriate. \r

The location is wonderful as well since it is right behind Palladium Park Cinemas and that strip mall.
