Well, Dr. Paik, at first, seems professional enough. His demeanor is calm, but his attitude toward his patients is noncaring, albeit rude. I was a smoker, and rather than telling me to quit smoking because it is bad for my teeth, he decided to attack moral character with a story about how people who smoke have no integrity. Second, he performed a root canal on my tooth only to make it so that I got recurrent infections from him not removing the root completely from my gums. I would not recommend this dentist unless it is for routine dental cleanings or xrays or minor fillings.
Pros: good customer service by receptionists
Cons: poor customer relations skills, late in taking appointments in, felt rushed always
