Give Pacific Steam a call first, there quote was better than 2 other cleaners we called. Best of all without sacraficing quality of work. They cleaned 3 bed rooms, family room and a sofa and it all turned out great, Kudos!! more

Three kids in various sports makes for some very dirty carpets. I called up Nick with Pacific Steam and had him come out to clean our extremely dirty carpets. I was so surprised how clean he was able to get them and the price was awesome! Thanks Pacific Steam! We will definitely have you back. more

Pacific Steam Carpet Cleaning is a 10! 6/16/2011

My carpet is over 15 years old, we have2 grandchildren as well as animals. It hasn't been cleaned in over two years. I thought the stains were permanent. The carpet looks new! more

Excellent Carpet Cleaning! 5/15/2011

The difference in our carpet after having Nick work his magic on it is nothing short of amazing! It truly looks new! He worked extra hard to get the spots under the dining room table and the dirty traffic path that our dog worked all winter to create. Now those areas are completely clean! The stairs, though, have to be my favorite feature of his exceptional job. They are the first thing a person sees upon entering our home and now our guests will have a great first impression! I can't recommend Pacific Steam highly enough - an absolutely excellent job! more

The carpet cleaning went fantastic. Carpets look new again and Upholstery is much cleaner than the last company we used. The two chairs we had cleaned look better than ever. The Technition, Nick was very thorough and made sure our expectations were met. Overall we are very pleased and will recommend him. more

Amazing Carpet Cleaner 4/20/2011

Nick is super nice and very professional. He goes out of his way to work with the customer time wise and does a very thorough job. Best deal available. Soo much better than ""Stanley Steamer,"" which is the company I've used in the past. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a deep clean for their carpets. He even leaves you with a free (ample-sized) bottle of carpet cleaner for any future spill-ups! :) I will continue to use him in the future. more

Excellent Carpet Cleaner in Portland 4/20/2011

Pacific Steam Carpet Cleaning is a thorough carpet cleaner that spent time walking through the process and made sure we were happy. Nick the technician did a great job removing a few coffee stains and made our white carpets look new again at our home in Gresham.
