This recruiter ""Jane Groner, CEO "" came out dressed like a slob, then tells me to ""come here"". She didn't introduce herself, say hello or anything. I thought she was the receptionist. After that, she looks over my resume and states that its a mess. Amazing how every single other recruiting company I've gone too and many high tech companies have stated it looks perfect. She then bashes all other recruiters by stating they all don't know what they are doing. Like she is the almighty God? A recruiter is supposed to be there to help you and guide you, instead all she did was belittle me. Don't waste your time with her.
Cons: Unprofessional, No Manners, Extremely Rude!
