Much like others on this site, my vehicles upholstery was damaged when the unskilled labor hurried through cleaning my interior. They tore the leather seat and when confronted denied everything. I than asked for the owner/managers number, which they gave me (Helen Tang 408-293-3128), but she never answered or returned my calls. I left no fewer than 7 messages with her representatives with no response. Worst business practice ever!
Pros: None!
Cons: Damaged car, no acceptance, overpriced and poor service
