Professional Auto Body has been my go-to place to fix all my cars. They do a fantastic job. Recently they restored my 22 year old pickup to showroom new! Great job and it gets lots of compliments. more

First of all, I'm unaware of any business that has 100% 5-star reviews...ANY. That should be a hint. This is a REAL review from a REAL person,not an employee. Please read reviews on google. Mine will be bulletpoints, take what you will form them. Damage est at ~$5000 for rear end collision (other party's fault) *Meet/greet you with open arms, then take several weeks longer than they say it will take. *Not once in 6 weeks did I ever get a call from them, I called EVERY TIME. *75% of parts that came they claimed were 'damaged and had to re-order them *Ran out of loaner coverage due to extended time of repair, response essentially 'tough cookeis' *On positive note, facility is very big and modern, no doubt. Just wish they were honest about repair time. ?not enough mechanics?know they get paid regardless? *Took repair bill to 3 other certified repair centers, all of whom quoted 3 weeks, 4 TOPS to repair. Laughed at 6+ *Too soon to tell if repairs will hold ( God willing) *oh yes, almost forgot. Called the ins co to inquire on payments to repair shop, was told Quote 'they are nickel&diming us week after week' for more parts/payments.Seems the damaged part story is a cover-up for squeezing the ins company. Good luck to those who come here, there are several choices in repair shops in this area. I have found some great ones since these guys. ciao more

I am writing this letter to commend the service provided by Mr. Guy Johnson. Mr. Johnson has assisted my wife, Angela, and me with two of our vehicles. Of particular note was the last time, Aug. 23, when my wife went into the shop to inquire about obtaining touch-up paint. She had opened the truck door into a chair in the garage which resulted in a chip in the paint. She went to AutoCraft and Mr. Johnson was kind enough to provide her with a small container of touch-p paint at no charge. She was most thankful for his act of kindness and so was I. We wanted to let you know of his action as we believe it is to be commended. Action such as we believe it is to be commended. Action such as this is a great way to encourage customers to spread the word about AutoCraft in Alexandria, VA. Please tell Mr. Johnson that we said, ""Thanks again."" more

I first took my VW to Auto Craft, because I was looking up body shops and the majority of the places recommended to me by the insurance company of the person who hit me were rated C- and lower by the Better Business Bureau. Auto Craft had an A+ rating, so I insisted it be repaired there...and boy am I happy about that decision. It seems as though people are unhappy because of the time it took for there car to be finished. That was never a problem for me. Indeed, the insurance company offered me a 24 hr estimate and repair job...I chose to have me car fixed the right way as opposed to the fast way! I have had nothing but wonderful customer service, and in fact I would say that they always went above and beyond in this customer service department; they never just handed me a list repairs, a bunch of random mechanical word, or a bill, but took the time to explain to me the work the needed to be done and WHY it needed to be done, and as a result, I always left the shop feeling like I understood the repairs. In terms of customer service, I also know that Auto Craft takes great pride in their repairs and if anything were to ever not be to your liking, they would take it very seriously. Following the first repair, I had an unlucky year with two additional accidents, all paid by others' insurances bc they weren't my fault, and every time, the car came back to me looking and driving like it did b 4 the accident (and I am very particular about my car and I notice every thing!) Their work has always been above what I could have hoped for, given the accidents. I have a great deal of respect and trust in the guys at Auto Craft and I will never go anywhere else. more

I brought my 2009 Audi A5 at the recommendation of my Insurance company. I was toughly impressed. Mr. Flores, treated us like we where gold. He promised my car would be done in 3 weeks. The damage was $7325.26. I told my husband we would not see our little car for at least 2 months. I could not believe when they called me 2 days ahead of schedule to come get my vehicle. It look wonderful! I will recommend him to all my friends. Thank you Auto craft for an outstanding job :) more
