Room addition 12/27/2014

I had PK builder do a room addition for me. They are very knowledgeable he framed out the area himself and the building inspector said it was the best framing he's ever seen. I had had another contractor in there that didn't complete the work and Pat came in and completed everything in a timelyfashion. I would definitely recommend him and use him again. more

Do not trust PK Builders 6/27/2012

Do not trust PK Builders. The owner, Pat Swanson, ordered merchandise from me, paid for it with a check, and the check bounced. I spoke with him on the phone, and he repeatedly gives me excuses and tells me he will be in to pay the balance due, and he never shows. The man lies -- do not believe him! more
