Jarrett was out to our house in a timely manner. Gave me multiple options on how to fix it and got the work done fast.

Worst

Their price was higher than others and they didn't show up when they said they would. They eventually got things fixed but it wasn't worth all the hassle.

Great service and work 2/23/2019

I can not say enough good things about PF Plumbing. Andrew and Ryan came out to see exactly what work I needed to be done. I was given 3 options and the pros and cons explained for each option. After deciding on which option I wanted, I called and was given a time that best suited my schedule. Andrew and Ryan did an amazing job and I could not be more pleased. When an inspector for the county came out, he too was impressed with the work done by Andrew and Ryan. I would highly recommend PF Plumbing. The customer service is the best. I can also highly recommend Andrew and Ryan. more

Very Good service call. Work completed very professionally, on time and as quoted. Had complete water heater system replaced. Technician arrived on time as the office said he would. Work completed in reasonable time. All tools and materials were with tech. Work area was cleaned and technician explained all repairs completed. Good Job! more

SECOND TIME AROUND 12/6/2018

Well I had to call PF Plumbing again d/t noise from FluidMaster in toilet tank. Well looks liked Jarrett fixed it. He stated that the water closet running all the time & water level not adjusted. I believe it is fixed. Will pray I will not have to call you again. The first time I had to pay for new FluidmMaster, handle, and service call totaling $678.93. PF Plummer is very good.. more

I did have to wait from 8:00 until after 12:00, but when Nick came, he was very professional and did a very good job. I was very pleased. more

Appt. was quickly, conveniently, super timely scheduled. Office kept me informed about arrival. Andrew & Tim were very experienced and completed job with timely and accurate professionalism. Problem was quickly resolved and extra time spent in cleaning hot water heater. Thought I was about to have hot water heater replaced, Glad I didn't. Many thanks to all who helped. yrs. Tom more

Ashley & Brittany were, as always, courteous and pleasure to deal with. Matt was extremely thorough, helpful and also courteous. I will definitely use PF Plumbing again and continue to make recommendations for their service. One last thing: I noticed Cooper on the side of Matt's truck. I've seen other trucks around town with both Cooper & Jackson. These are great mascots. I only hope with the appearance of Jackson there's no thoughts of putting Cooper (as they say) out to pasture. Thanks for all of your assistance and for another job well done! more

excellent service getting bathroom sink unclogged 7/17/2017

I had excellent service getting my bathroom sink unclogged. The service man Esteban was very thorough and friendly. He worked 90 minutes to get the drain cleaned and draining well!. He cleaned up so well you could not tell that work had been done under the sink! more
