They came to my home promptly but then said I did not have a problem with my cd-rom which was the reason I called them. It did work briefly while they were here but quit again completely right after they left. They acted like I was stupid and then sold me an expensive software installation that screwed up my computer so I had to remove it. I had to get someone else out here to actually replace the cd-rom. Whatever, I would not recommend them.
Cons: Did not diagnose my computer problem, sold me unnecessary software.
